Feedback & Complaints
Your voice matters — Ý kiến của bạn rất quan trọng
At AVACS we welcome all feedback — compliments, suggestions and complaints — from residents, families, representatives, staff and visitors. Your feedback helps us improve the care and services we provide.
Providing feedback or making a complaint will never affect the care you or your loved one receives. You may submit feedback anonymously if you prefer.
How we handle your feedback
- Your submission goes directly to our management team;
- Complaints are acknowledged and investigated, and where you have provided contact details we will keep you informed of the outcome;
- You are always welcome to raise concerns in person with our Facility Manager or any staff member, by phone on (02) 8234 8853, or by email to info@avacs.com.au.
